Boboye backs Oboabona, Adeniji to do well at Sunshine Stars

Sunshine Stars technical adviser Kennedy Boboye has revealed the reason behind Tunde Adeniji and Godfrey Oboabona’s struggles at the club.

Adeniji and Oboabona rejoined the Owena Waves during the mid-season transfer window

Boboye said that the challenges of acclimatizing to the environment after a long time of playing abroad have affected the two players.

He however said they are adapting well to the environment.

“For the short time they have been with us they have done massively well,” he told the media.

“The only problem is that going out of the country playing for a long time and coming back most times if you don’t take your time you don’t adapt into the system very well.

But they are picking up and they are doing very well for us.”
