Four People Badly Injured As Nigerians Living In Malaysia Clash

No less than four people have been reportedly left injured following a clash involving some Nigerians living in Malaysia.

One of the videos posted on X by social media influencer, Pastor Okezie Atani captured the moment one of the injured persons, whose back had been slashed, tried to get medical attention at Columbia Hospital in Malaysia.

The cause of the violence could not ascertained at the time of filing this report.

“This guy, they have shared his back into two. This guy go die here. Dem share his back. We are in Colombia hospital, see what they did to human being. Guy, see! See what our brothers do to their own brother. There are like four people with different injuries. We are in Columbia hospital,” the narrator of the video said in pidgin English.

Captioning these videos, Okezie wrote: “My dear brothers/sisters.Pls viewers discretion is strictly advised here. This was what was seen last Saturday over there in Malaysia by 11pm by my ‘brothers’ residing in Malaysia.”

“When Malaysia decides to ‘ban’ Nigerians from entering their country, we will start shouting ‘Gov't is bad,’” Pastor Okezie added.

“These are the kind of catastrophe some unscrupulous Nigerians create for others, that will cause airlines to treat them like second class citizens of the world,” another Nigerian on X, King of Salem added.

When Waploaded contacted the Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols at Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Abdur-Rahman Balogun for his comment on the issue, he said he was not aware of the incident.

He said, “I am not aware. But maybe our embassy in Malaysia will be aware, I will find out.”
