”papa pls go before he hurt u! this man is dangerous”, Betty said looking at chief Rufus in a disgusting way ”u this small gal so u are calling me dangerous man? it is ur papa that is a dangerous man! stupid gal”, Chief Rufus fired back

”so Betty it has reached the extend of u sending me out of ur husband house! u Betty! u used this ur mouth u used in eating my food to tell me to leave ur husband house? and as for u chief Rufus or whatever u call urself, I heard all wat u have been doing to my daughter here in this house after the promises u made to me that u are going to take good care of her! u know wat? I am not leaving this house without my daughter! anything that wants to happen let’s it happens! and u Betty, u are going home with me, enough of this marriage”, Betty’s father said and helds Betty’s hand

”hahahaha!! rook at this gleedy man o! so u want to take my wife away flom me after I have arleady pay for her head! do u know how much I spent on her before bringing her here as my wife? and now u wants to take her! ok na take her ret me see”, chief Rufus said smiling ”papa pls leave me alone! u put me into this, now why regretting? am not going anywhere, I will stay here with my husband! u caused all this and now u are dragging me away from him! am going nowhere papa! u see ur love for money, see where it has landed u! pls go and leave us alone”, Betty cried ”that is my baby gal”, chief Rufus said smiling

”u are mad! Betty I said u are mad! u are just talking blasphemy! whether u likes it or not u are going home with me! stupid girl”, Betty’s father said dragging her out of the house,.. just then chief Rufus shouted his gateman’s name,.. as the gateman was seen running to him ”oga u call me”, he asked

”yes joe! I want u to run after that man, bring back my wife and beat the man brue and brack”, chief Rufus ordered as the gateman ran after Betty’s father who was almost at the gate, he drew Betty’s hand away from him and started beating Betty’s father like a small child, Betty’s father tried to fight back but the gateman over powered him and beat him don’t touch ”pls chief tell him to stop beating my father I beg u”, Betty pleaded

”joe it ok!! bundle him out of this compound”, chief said as joe carried Betty’s father on his shoulder like a child and threw him out of the gate ”chief Rufus am coming back for u”, Betty’s father shouted from outside where he was lying on the ground ”i will make sure I arrest him”, Betty’s father said and stood up from the ground cleaning his cloth with his hand.

Betty’s father and two police men were seen at chief Rufus gate hitting the gate hard, as they were hitting it, the gateman opened the gate and saw them as he was trying to react, the police men pushed him away and entered the compound ”demonic gateman! officers! this guy really dealt with me, he beats me don’t touch! but he is not my problem Right now! let go in I will come back for u”, Betty’s father said pointing at the gateman, as he and the two officers walked into chief Rufus sitting room, on getting there, they met chief Rufus on call, with anger Betty’s father threw away the phone from his ear making chief Rufus to stand up

”wat is the meaning of this lubbish? why did u bling porice officers in my house”, chief Rufus angrily asked ”officers no time for delay! arrest this bastard! he is the one”, Betty’s father said pointing at chief Rufus, just then Betty was seen coming down the stairs ”wat is happening here? papa wat are u doing? Betty asked confusedly ”wat does it look like am doing, am here to arrest this bastard for kidnapping u! officers take him away na”, Betty’s father said with a frowned face

”he did not kidnapped me, u sold me to him! now why calling the officers to arrest my husband? Betty said ”shut up ur mouth! as long as am concerned, he kidnapped u! officers oya na”, Betty’s father said looking at chief Rufus In a disgusting way ”oga wait o! why do u want us to arrest a whole chief Rufus! what exactly is his offence? 1st officer asked ”oh! u guys even know him? anyway that one is not my concern, I want u guys to arrest him for kidnapping my daughter”, Betty’s father said ”officers! I did not kidnapped his daughter, I married her daughter normarry, I did the necessary thing on her head before blinging her here as my wife, this gleedy man here knows that I mallied her normarry! I wonder why he is saying I kidnapped his daughter”, chief Rufus explained

”oga why accusing him for kidnapping when he did the necessary thing on ur daughters head? the 2nd officer asked ”officers he did not kidnapped me o! he is my husband”, Betty said ”officers u gu….”, Betty’s father hasn’t complete his statement when one of the officer interrupted him, ”oga we are not going to arrest him! and that is final”, the 2nd officer said ”officers!! this man has leally insulted me here by calling me a kidnapper! I can’t take it anymore! I will give u people whatever it will take, I want u guys to allest him now”, Chief Rufus said as the two officers nodded and moved closer to Betty’s father

”sir u are under arrest for accusing an innocent citizen, anything u say or do now will be used against u in the court of law”, the 1st officers said and dragged Betty’s father on his arm ”chief it hasn’t gotten to that”, Betty’s father pleaded ”chief pls don’t don’t do this to my father I beg u! don’t let them take him away”, Betty’s pleaded with a teary eyes ”officers pls take him away, I will see u guys at the station”, chief Rufus said as the two officers nodded and dragged Betty’s father out of the sitting room.
