80 year old Pa Olajide Ojo has been arrested by the Ekiti state Police command for allegedly raping a 12 year old girl at his resident located at No. B22, Oke Ode Idogun Street, Ikole–Ekiti on 24th of December, 2014. According to police reports, the little girl was out hawking her wares when the old man called her and lured her into his room and raped her. The cry of the girl attracted neighbours who promptly alerted the police. Medical examination on the little girl showed she was raped. He is expected to be charged to court soon.
