Payroll Giovanni released January 30th in celebration of his birthday earlier today and he also delivers an official music video for “Keep Count.”

The project has eight tracks and features Chaz Bling, HBK, Drey Skonie, and more. It follows Payroll’s 4-1P album, which arrived in June of last year.
