Elle Varner and Wale kicked 2019 off with a new collaboration called “Pour Me” and now they’re back with an official music video.

“Pour Me is about a missed connection that leads to thinking and drinking about an almost lover,” Varner told ESSENCE. “Sometimes we put someone in the friend zone and later realize we missed a good thing.”

The dynamic duo previously worked together on the 2013 song “Rover.”
