Cameroonian rapper and song-writer Ngoma presents his new and second video “Ekié” directed by Adah Akendji. After releasing his first single “Afe Nkap”, the rapper has decided to come back on the musical scene in order to offer another rhythm to his fellow fans and on the same vein to leave his prints on the Cameroon urban music platform. Throughout his song “Ekié”, he describes “Ekié” as a musical trend where he feels free to express his appreciation of the female body because to him “women are art and special and special beings”. Reason why of the title “Ekié” which is a common term used in Cameroon to express great surprise or amazement. In essence, “Diana” embodies a local and harmonic rhythm followed by a mixture of languages taken spoken in Cameroon.
Ngoma’s vocal timbre is perfectly enhances the quality of the song which also sounds folkloric. The song was produced by Greezy and Dijay karl and the video directed by Adah Akenji.
