This very viral Video on Facebook got to the Notice of Waploaded.com which shows an Electricity distribution officer popularly called NEPA Man being dragged down from the ladder so he flees onto the electric lines even without fear of being electrocuted.
According to comments seen on the original post, people feel it shouldn't be so, that the community members are inhumane while others feels that the rate of poor electricity in the community any electric officials deserves worse.
