The video of a mentally challenged man and woman dancing on a road in Ekwulobia, Anambra state, is trending online but most online users are of the opinion that the lady in the video isn't mentally ill as she looked neat and was aware of what was happening.


Some opined that she is a ritualist and should be investigated because at some point she brought out a napkin and hugged the mad man soon after.
