ATLETICO MADRID 1 SEVILLA 2: A superb performance from Sevilla, and a deserved win for Montella’s men, who put in a resilient display against a bullish Atleti this evening to take the advantage into the return leg of this quarter-final clash.

Diego Costa’s well-taken goal had looked to settle this leg, but a goalkeeping howler from Moya handed Sevilla a lifeline. And Juan Correa wasted little time in capitalising on more sloppy Atleti defending to seal the victory late on.
