Synopsis: After the first decade of the century, the Nigerian Government may rule, but Niger Delta Avengers rule the Creek. Inadequately, the military execute their duties because the Avengers themselves have contacts ( that is, bribed soldiers) in the government, and seek to thwart the military's effort to eliminate them. And then, the name Tompolo spars high and becomes more notorious than ever.
