Today (July 1), We presents the Chicago rapper’s world premiere of “I Don’t Wanna Die,” a raw representation of the realness he battles every day. Set in all black and white, the brand new Child-directed visual follows Herbo through his city as he delivers his truth-filled words.

G Herbo made sure to take some time to delve deeper into his intention behind the new video, which purposefully shows a world of the pain that comes with life in the streets. “My video ‘I Don’t Wanna Die’ is speaking of change,” he tells REVOLT. “It shows a world of pain and suffering violence to let you know just how real my life is and where I come from. It’s not fun! It’s not a game! People are dying all around so we gotta all wake up and realize it’s a lot to live for. We have to value life.”
