Juicy J’s got some disturbing issues going in his new video, “Going Through Sum Sh..”

Directed by Jack Rottier, the eerie clip depicts Juicy J checked in the looney house where he’s dropping knowledge for the streets.

“Watch you come around you can’t be fucking with these bitches,” he raps on the hook while in a straightjacket and a mask. “Working with some police man these niggas is some piglets / Can’t talk on the phone niggas out here hearing “click, click”.”

“Going Through Sum Sh..” is off Juicy J’s new album, Mental Trillness, an 18-track set featuring appearances by Gangsta Boo, La Chat, Finess2tymes, Aleza, Xavier Wulf, Slimeroni, and K Carbon.
