One sunny afternoon, as Katy was returning back from lecture as usual, kelvin jumped out from nowhere and approached her smiling ”wat are u always doing here all the time? Katy asked kelvin who was seen smiling

”i know this is the route where u always pass when returning back from lecture, so since I don’t know where u stay, I decided to be waiting for u here! and I guess I am always lucky seeing u all the time I comes here”, kelvin said and cleaned the dush on Katy’s hair making her to blush ”so how is lecture today? kelvin asked ”well we thank the Lord”, Katy replied

”hmmmm!! this one u didn’t even asked of ur girlfriend Betty today? Katy teased ”i don’t have her time and besides she is not my girlfriend and will never be my girl because am already inlove with the angel standing before me”, kelvin said and touch Katy’s cheeck ”hmmmm!! really? anyway I have something to tell u”, Katy said smiling ”ok am all ears”, kelvin said

”about wat u told me the other day! I accept to be ur girlfriend but pls don’t cheat on me”, Katy said smiling, kelvin on hearing that ran and hugged her passionately ”thank u very much Katy! I promise I will never cheat on u and u will never regret ever dating me! thank u very much my love”,Kevin happily said immediately he disengaged from the hug ”love?? so quick? anyway I will be very very busy this weekend because my friend Betty will tie the knot with her husband”, Katy said

”is Betty married? kelvin asked surprisely ”yes she is married to one chief”, Katy replied ”good for her then! my love am tired of coming here to look for u! am inviting u to my house next weekend, since u will be busy this weekend! I want u to know the house of the guy u are about to date”, kelvin said ”ok no prob! I will come because me too am tired of standing here all the time talking to u”, Katy said smiling ”thats good”, kelvin said ”so tell me more about urself, am so curious to know”, Katy said

”i would say we should leave that for another day but since u are so curious to know, I will tell u!! my name is Kevin nelson! I hail in imo state, I didn’t go to school because I don’t have the opportunity, I work in a pure water factory where the pay is too low! I live in one room face me I face u! things has never been easy for me! anyway that’s the little I can say about myself for now and I just hope u will manage with me? kelvin said

”it is well my dear! there is nothing too difficult for God to do”,Katy consoled ”thank u my dear! u are indeed a nice and understanding lady! pls my dear can I have ur contact so we can be communicating on phone”, kelvin said as Katy nodded and call out her number for him to type.

As all this was going on, Betty’s wedding with chief Rufus was later done and dusted, the time for Betty to go to her husband house came, she packed her belongings waiting for her husband chief Rufus to come and pick up, after about some minutes, chief Rufus finally came with one of his expensive car Lexus, after greeting his inlaws and assuring them of many things, he finally packed his wife belongings and puts inside the bolt, they both entered the car as the driver zoomed off, after about some hours, they finally got to a mansion as the gateman opened the gate for them, the car drove into the mansion, as the driver came down and opened the car door for chief Rufus and his wife to come, they both came down, immediately Betty came down, her mouth went wide opened at the sight of the beautiful mansion

”wow! this house looks so beautiful! darling I love ur house”, Betty said looking around the house ”dar wat? my dear! I am not darling! call me chief lufus! I am chief lufus the one and only international Igbo man who do import and export of goods! so call me chief lufus”, chief Rufus said ”but u are still my darling na chief”, Betty said and made a face ”shut up ur mouth there u this small gal! I am not darling! I am chief lufus! I work vely vely hard to get that tittlelu! so call me chief lufus now or I order my gateman to beat u brue and brack now”, chief Rufus threatened as fear gripped over Betty that moment ”errrrm ok! chief Rufus”, Betty said ”vely vely good! now ret go inside”, chief Rufus said.
